Dear Tim,
I want to thank you and your Innovative Auction team for planning, organizing and executing a most professional auction of the entire household of my parents at 5424 Spice Bush Court in Country Place Estates in Dayton , Ohio during the last week of July, 2004.
As you are aware we had originally planned to auction just the contents of a few rooms. With only several days notice you and you crack team agreed to auction the entire household. Every last item was sold comprising 525+ line items (over 10,000 individual items) including furniture and other expensive items.
Because of you and your firm’s professionalism I very pleased to say that my very elderly Mom & Dad are the proud recipients of over $13,000 (received via wire transfer within 5 days of the sale) in cash that is very much needed for their health care needs. I can reasonably attest that this amount would have been far less than $3,000 if I had been forced to use the typical means such as garage sales etc.
Again thank you for making my folks happier financially while saving my time not to mention my sanity.
Please feel free to have anyone call me as reference. It sure is great to deal with professionals who actually deliver on their promises.

RIVERSIDE LOCAL SCHOOLS

If your school district is interested in maximizing profits from a planned auction, Innovative Auctions, Inc. (    937-438-9192 ) needs to be considered. Tim Lile, owner, conducted our sale and just on contents alone, we netted a profit of approximately $75,000. This involved an auction at both school buildings that are scheduled for demolition. The high school auction was held on June 3, 2002; elementary auction conducted on June 17, 2002. We are a small school district of 850 ADM.
In addition, we have 3 parcels of school property appraised at $23,700. Although two parcels of real estate will be sold at public auction on July, 15, 2002, he did sell one parcel of real estate at the elementary auction for $14,250 (appraised at $6,500).
Innovative Auctions has the marketing experience to bring buyers from both near and far away. I believe this was a significant reason as to why our auction success went beyond our wildest expectations. Their commission rates are reasonable and they were a pleasure to work with. Without hesitation, if I ever need an auctioneer for a school facility sale, I will use Innovative Auctions, Inc. (Dayton, Ohio) again. This is a late but sincere Thank You for the fine work you did with the estate of my late mother, Irene Angus. As you may remember, this auction sale took place in December 2002.
My brother, sister and I had been looking for someone whose ethics we could rely on to handle the sale of our mother's possessions, so we were glad to learn about your auction house from a co-worker of mine, Dennis Brooks. It was a great relief to us to be able to put the entire matter in your hands, and we have been entirely pleased with the results.
You provided the moving arrangements and the transportation of the items from northern Ohio to your place of business, and you gave us an itemized, detailed list of the sale afterwards. The items sold for somewhat higher than their appraised value, and we had our check from the auction within about ten days. You handled the whole thing so professionally and efficiently that my family and I were spared the trouble and emotional strain of what could have been a very difficult time.
